Whatever Happened to the One Club?
Not only the demise of the one-club professional. The quieter break between the junior side and the senior side that still share a name.

The one-club player is a useful ghost. The more important ghost is the one club: juniors training where seniors play, seniors coaching juniors, a pathway a child can see, former players returning as volunteers rather than as customers of a kids’ programme.
